NOTICE is hereby given that North Carolina Eastern Municipal Power Agency (NCEMPA) will hold a public meeting on Friday, September 22, 2023, at 9:00 AM at the offices of ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc., 3rd Floor Board Room, 1427 Meadow Wood Blvd, Raleigh, North Carolina 27604 in connection with NCEMPA’s proposed action to revise its rates, fees, and charges to collect annual true up charges over twenty-four months effective October 1, 2023. The average wholesale electric power rate will remain level.
